 | | Kurt R. Wlasak grew up in the North suburbs of Illinois and now resides in
Schererville, Indiana with his wife, Lori, and son, Bobby. Kurt began his wedding
photography business after stepping in to take pictures of a friend's wedding at
the last moment. There has been a steady cadence of referrals since that
first event in 2001. Kurt gets to know each couple before the event to
help capture those special moments. Shooting both digital and film gives
him the flexibility he needs to produce portraits that express the emotions of
the day. By keeping costs down he is able to provide beautiful photos to
those on a tight budget, while maintaining the quality you would expect from a
higher priced photographer.
Kurt also enjoys photographing the outdoors and finds the natural setting
around his home to be a perfect place for many nature scenes, as well as,
providing beautiful outdoor background for family portraits. He has
traveled to many national parks, the Bahamas and the Dominican Republic to
capture truly inspiring photographs.

Lori Beier-Wlasak is an integral part of the inner workings of our
photography business. She is not only responsible for web design and
advertising, but also album page designs, all while holding down a
full-time job outside of the photography business. In her spare time she
can be found paper crafting, either scrapbooking, card making or doing other
paper projects. Lori is happiest working behind the scenes. To
